A series of unfortunate events.

Yesterday, James and I decided to return to our gym and start working on losing weight and getting fit. That evening we went home and tried a new wheat crust Digiorno pepperoni pizza and had a salad with it. Of course, I had to go and screw up a nice healthy meal and use an expired salad dressing. Granted, I used said dressing a week ago without experiencing any problems. By 11p.m. I could feel myself getting sick and around 1 a.m. I began the first of many night long treks to worship the porcelain god. Since I nearly fainted at one point during the night, we decided to take me to the doctor. This turned out to be a really good thing. Not only was I REALLY dehydrated, but my blood pressure had dropped to something like 90 over 58. Normally my blood pressure is about 110 over 65 or 70. My doctor told me that if I had shown up at a hospital, they would have admitted me: that's how low the blood pressure was. He doesn't seem to think that this is food poisioning, though. Since he believes this is a virus, I'm apologizing in advance to anyone who's been near me in the last few days who was potentially exposed to whatever it is that I have.

The really unfortunate part, besides being sick and exposing others to it, we had just purchsed 2 of the last 12 available tickets for the 8pm show tonight of Harry Potter at the Amstar on Zebulon Rd. So, if anyone is interested in the tickets, let me know.

exercise, sick, health
