Let's just hope that light at the end of the tunnel isn't an oncoming train.

Tentative summer schedule:

June: Write thesis draft like it is my job.

July: Revise thesis like it is my job.

Start of August: Have final version of written thesis in hand.  Start working on presentation for thesis defense.

August 6-13: Pennsic (I still have to gather the monies to register for this, but I should be OK...)

End of August: Continue to work on thesis presentation.  Get all appropriate forms and signatures so that I can graduate.

September 2: DEFEND THESIS.

September 3: PAR-TAY.

September 10-12: Move out to Columbus, Ohio.

September 14-16: Orientation at OSU.

September 22: OSU fall quarter classes start!

This, of course, is all dependent upon certain people getting a job out in Ohio.  The above assumes that he won't be getting a job out there (I'm painfully pessimistic, I know).  If he does get a job out there we will probably be moving in shifts, since I can't defend until after August 29th because one of my committee members is out of the country... and public schools start like August 25th in Ohio.  Gah!  Can't make it easy, can you, Universe?
