Yay! We bought a house! Well, okay we co-own a house with our mortgage company, but hey. Next step: moving! About three weeks from now is the plan; this weekend, we'll be pulling carpets off hardwood floors, and buying appliances, and setting up appointments... but yay! HOUSE!

We're mostly moved into the new place, and hoping devoutly not to have to move again any time soon. Much thanks to shrewreader and alysswolf for the assistance, too!
