All I will say is, Yes, we can, and yes, we did.
We have one king-hell of a mess ahead of us -- education, economy, environment, Iraq and our overstrained and underserved military, our reputation internationally, Al Quaeda, and on and on -- and next we'll have to support Obama as he tries to organize that, too. I hope not to get too familiar with my senators' email addresses, but I might yet.
Still. That's tomorrow. For tonight... We did it. (And as a Southerner, I'm so very proud that even in the deep South, Obama got on average, about 40% of the popular vote.)
