I've been having some Internet trouble. I got a new provider and the connection doesn't work on my laptop which I usually use. It's probably going to be pretty easy to fix, but I won't have the means to do it for a few days. Right now I'm using our old PC, which is pretty uncomfortable to sit at because I don't have a proper desk (plus it's not really mine to hog) :/ Kicking me off the Internet might be a good thing tough. I'm working on keeping up my Tumblr hiatus but the thing is always kind of tempting... and for my translation work I actually don't need the net at all, so I won't get distracted as much :) Don't worry tough, you won't miss me. I'll be checking my mail regularly. I'm late with the comments again (sorry!) but I'm going to sit down and rectify that now.

In my last post I mentioned my brother was going to Belgium for his journalistic work at the gaming portal, and I'm happy to say that he arrived there safely today :) It was his first time flying but he managed everything really well. He'll probably take some pictures. I'll be looking forward to seeing them. Also he might meet one of his (and mine) idols from the gaming magazine we've been reading for years now, because it also sent someone to the presentation he is attending :D
I recently found out about one more fun thing. The Ukrainian band that slept on our couches is actually tabloid level of famous in their homeland xD That doesn't go hand in hand with money, but at least they have a lot of fans :D The Polish girl that was their guide and translator here (she's from Warsaw which is far from Cracow, so she stayed at our place too) was called "a Western beauty" that made the lead singer ignore "the local girls" xD

Marcus To, one of my (and basically everyone's) favourite Western comic book artists, drew my otp for one fan at a convention. I just love how he doesn't draw the Batboys looking like clones of each other (which several artists do - you're doing it wrong!, argh!). Diversity is actually what makes the Robins so much fun. They're similar in some ways, but at the same time very different. Also let's just sit back and enjoy that flawless hair for a moment.

A Death in the Family, Batgirl: Year One and the newest Young Justice episode are described (with minor spolres). I don't think you'll get it if you're not into DC because these aren't proper reviews (which I actually plan to do at some point) but just some thoughts and feelings. I mostly bitch but at the same time try to enjoy everything in some way ;)
