Work sent me to Seattle Thursday to speak at ACRL (an academic liburrians conference). My talks went well and it was actually a curry good conference from the perspective of getting to catch up with some of my friendlier customers. SFCC contacted me while I was in Charleston and the long and short of things is that I'll be joining them for their December concert. I'm pleased about this -- I was debating re-joining them in the spring, and this will circumnavigate the need to re-audition. So I'm leaving the chorus. I suppose, technically, I have left it, since my last concert with them (for now) has already passed. I'm returning to the chorus of the SFLO for their winter production of Gounod's Romeo and Juliet.
