I have an addictive personality and can not stand not being in controle. Its an odd brain I tell ya. I decided to smoke, smoked for a few years and got over it, so i quit just like that. :p
It was very nice seeing you, I wanted just to sit and chat because there was not a lot of other things going on. Silly work. I would much rather sit and eat good food with friends than work any day :D

I have the addictive personality too, but also can control it if I want to. It's just the matter of knowing when I should want to or not. LOL
