Am now in Mykonos! It is everything that I imagined. It is soooo white! All the buildings are small and white, you can't distinguish them all! The town is so small but bustling with life, and we arrived by ferry from the port of Pireus in Athens at 11.30am on Monday, and we didnt know where to go because there are no street signs, so we took along

Every summer I holiday someplace with a nice beach. For the last few years it's been North American beaches and the Carribean (I'm on holidays in Fort Lauderdale as I write this.) I've decided on a change for next year and Greece was one place I had in mind (although when you mentioned Ibiza, my mind lept there too). My criteria are 1) a beautiful beach with warm, clean water; 2) a comfortable hotel and 3) a reasonable price. Based on your travels so far, where would you recommend? I don't know if this enters into things, but I'm Canadian and speak only English, so factor that in as well. Thanks for any tips you can offer and I hope you're having a wonderful time.
