Today is just like every other day at school Enlightening yet discouraging all at the same time. Not everyone is always on the same page but how do you expect to hold conversation with someone that bases their life on social networks accessed through a mobile device, those who chose not to educate themselves, or just waste my time but asking questions just to make it look like they give a fuck.
I think my day is still shit after having to talk to TXU today. I cant even begin to tell you how pissed off they made me and the bullshit that occurred. I will shorten it by it all could be avoided had they upheld their end as a business to train their agents better. Instead I think that they give them a quick one over training and set them off into the wild in hopes they figure it all out and survive.
