Sssssssssssss ...
SNAKE ATTACK.
So, I returned to the dorm after a hard day's work. Then when I entered the common area I unmistakably saw a green tail slithering its way underneath a shelf. Said tail had an accompanying "Sssssss" sound.
So, I shouted for help, along the lines of "OH MY GOD MAY AHAS DITO!"
Everyone who heard me rushed to where I was. There were more than the usual people around because the dorm was being repainted. I pointed to where I last saw the snake, then they basically overturned and moved everything near that shelf in order to spot it.
Loud bashing ensued. Then, the men emerged, lifting this:
HOH EM GEE EEEEEEEWWWWWWW.
