Just venting.
So, this woman just came in our office. She’s a client and she’s nice enough. HOWEVER, every single time she comes in, she stays for at least two hours and sometimes longer. So, my plan for lunch today was to stay in, watch Dexter and pay a bill or two. If she is still here in 45 minutes, my plan is shot. Each episode of Dexter is 53 minutes and I have an hour for lunch, so its not like I have a huge margin of time here.
I know that I’m just being bitchy but I hate when people ruin my lunch hour. Its one hour during the day I can just be myself. I can be who they want me to be for 7 and a half hours a day, if I have my one hour break. *pout*
Also, she’s one of those ladies that don’t understand anything I tell them or any of the paperwork that I give them. I have to explain everything, several times and its frustrating. Like trying to teach a cat quantum physics. Plus, she seems to think that I should drop every damn thing just because she is here and I fucking hate people that feel they are entitled to special treatment for whatever misguided reason. Its not my fault if my boss is not here. Not my fault, not my problem. She seems to think that I can just magic him here or something because it’s convenient for her. Tough. This is why people should have an appointment.
Now he’s back and my lunch hour is going to be fucking shot. *grr*
On the plus side, I'm having a great hair day though.
