Dad: Yep. She just left, and I called to see where she'd been, and she said she wasn't coming back.

The next day:

Dad: I talked to Elliot. You need a job?

One of my gerbils, Geordi (the little black one) passed away today- he'd lost a lot of weight this past week. I'm really crushed about it.
