Long Time, No Update

I don't even remember the last time I updated, or what it was about. The most important thing that has happened to me in the past few weeks is that I called Katie! I became friends with Katie on a website a few months ago, and for a few weeks now I've been speaking to her on the phone. She has helped me so much, its unbelievable. She's 28 and lives in Gunnedah, NSW with her two year old daughter Annie, who is gorgeous. I'm hopefully going up to Brisbane in April, so am hoping that she'll come up on the train and spend the night. It would be fantastic to meet her in person. It was wierd, we just became instant friends dispite the age difference, and I can say anything to her - anything at all. I was upset one night when I was chatting to her, and she told me to call her - I was on the phone to her until about 3am. None of my school friends would ever do that for me.
Nothing much else has been happening. I went to Margaret and Malcolm's for Christmas, and Lauren and Malcolm came down from Sydney to be there. Amy didnt have a friend over for once, but it still didnt feel like Christmas somehow. It's never going to be the same without mum.
