I've never been a prolific writer, but I used to keep a semi-regular blog on myspace.  I'm going to try to keep this one up a little bit better.  Mostly I'll be posting about poker, cooking, ceramics, MMA, and video games.  Why?  Because those are the things I'm into and this is my blog

My favorite part of cooking is prep because I love using my awesome knives.

I like the cooking part and hate the prepping part. I also love pouring over recipes and coming up with a hybrid version.

Mini-meatloaves sound cool especially given my smaller tummy. I found a recipe for meatloaf made in mini loaf tins and you make a bunch and freeze the rest.
