Long time, no talk
I've never been a prolific writer, but I used to keep a semi-regular blog on myspace. I'm going to try to keep this one up a little bit better. Mostly I'll be posting about poker, cooking, ceramics, MMA, and video games. Why? Because those are the things I'm into and this is my blog!
People often ask me what my goals are in poker and I never have any, but this year I do. I am going to try to make it to Supernova Elite on Poker Stars. For those of you reading this that are not online poker players, that means that I'm going to try to play well over one million hands of poker this year. THAT'S A LOT. Last year I barely made it to Supernova and to make it to SNE, you have to play 10 times as much as you do to get to Supernova. Truth is, I've been lazy for quite a while. I play some tournaments, play a little here and there and this has been successful for me over the past few years. I probably work less than the vast majority of poker players in the world. I've decided to change this. I've been leading a more active life and I really enjoy it. I'll keep this blog updated with my progress as the year goes on.
As far as the other stuff in my life. I've been cooking alot for Kristen and I lately. Made some good stuff last week and hopefully some good stuff this week. My favorite part of cooking is prep because I love using my awesome knives. I recently took delivery on one of the coolest things of all time, Big Buck Hunter Pro. Yes, that's right, I now have one of my favorite arcade games of all time in my home. How cool is that?
Well, I guess that's it for now, I'll hopefully be updating this soon as well as writing up some strategy articles and such as I hope to be continuing my Cardplayer column soon.
