Summer of 2008 Comes to a Close

So I started my fourth year at FIU, and I'm loving my professors so far. Speaking of love, I'm talking to this girl at the school. We met a year ago for one second at Dolphin Mall and we went our separate ways. Then a year later she found me on myspace and we resumed contact. We've been talking to each other ever since. I'm hoping to hang with her soon.

What a summer this has been. I met a Canadian girl down in Cuba and lost her in the end. (Read my previous entries.) Recently I emailed her on Facebook via another account to wish her a happy birthday, and she blocked me immediately. If I hadn't gotten so attached to her...

Warped Tour was amazing. Mela was there, and now she's back in the klink. One month already. Poor choice of lifestyle and boyfriends. She had all the opportunities in the world to get her shit straight and she's now in the sewers. There's still some hope via Jesus Christ.

A lot of great movies. Iron Man. The Incredible Hulk. The Dark Knight---which has $500 million already.

Two sicknesses. Add to that the one I'm fighting now.

Sleeping and websurfing and going out.

That's all. There's that Don Henley song "Boys of Summer" that better shows how I feel.
