After confirming our room in December, the Hyatt has now informed us that our room is "no longer confirmed". Putting me in the fun situation of making the request without entirely knowing what is going on.
My request is urgent as our room is entirely filled with Convention Staff from four different departments, all requiring us to be in one specific building, and I have 2 children/teens in the mix.
I need HYATT checking in Friday, departing Monday. Double Queen room.
( I can work with a Thursday check in if it comes up first, but my needs are most critical from Friday on)
I have the ability to set my specific room number, but I do need to verify the type of room to do so. On the off chance they figure out what they did wrong and return my confirmed status, I will return the room I get here to the next in line here to keep the karma happy (I did this two years ago when they made this very same mistake)
