Morning Musume/H!P music extravaganza!
As much as I may be disinterested in Morning Musume currently, I pulled up old videos of Hello! Morning today (OMG, some of it is so hilarious!) and then I had to go listen to their songs 'cause I was feeling all nostalgic. As much as I think that Tsunku should probably really pass on the buck and let other people write lyrics and compose his groups' songs (he has pretty much said that he could probably never let anyone write for Morning Musume, his baby), he has written some awesome stuff. The range of genres and styles Tsunku has tried out with his army of girl groups is kind of amazing. Of course, the vocals of Morning Musume has never been perfect. They've had strong voices pass through the group, but they've had probably more weak voices. In fact, it wouldn't hurt to say that some cannot sing--I'm looking at you, Ishikawa, Michishige, Koharu!--but that doesn't keep me from enjoying the songs I do. A list of Morning Musume and Hello! Project songs (i.e. solo stuff and lots of random shuffle groups) that I like/love, which is by no means complete and which in no way suggests that these are quality songs, lol (I like a lot of crap music, ngl). I apologize for not being able to provide album versions for songs that don't have PVs, which usually feature better vocals and the original singers:

2. Daite Hold on Me - HAHAHA, whiling searching YT for this, I discovered that S.E.S. had done a cover of it. Old school MM that awesome, yo!

4. Suki de x5 - Jazzy. Also, this performance is worth it just for Yossie violating poor Konkon.

35. Mr. Moonlight - I have to add this just for otokoyaku!Yossie. =D Maki was rockin' it too.
36. Furusato - a great song, but not a group song. The original was basically Abe Natsumi feat. Morning Musume. However, other members have done great covers, like Takahashi Ai's and Yaguchi's, which I can't seem to find! Say whatever you will about Takahashi's somewhat dull variety personality, girl can sing and dance!
37. Top - talk about an introductory, concert-opening song!

1. Seishun Jidai 1.2.3! - This song doesn't know what it wants to be, but I enjoy it once in a while.
2. Baby! Koi ni KNOCK OUT! - They perform this a lot in concerts. I loved the HAM cover (Yossie, Mai, Ayaka), just because it was a BFF moment and they had such fun performing with each other.
Minimoni
1. Crazy About You - Minimoni was so iconic because of the original members (Yaguchi, Tsuji, Aibon, and Mika and the fact that it was actually Yaguchi's idea) and their childish songs, but I liked the maturer sound of "Crazy About You" after Yaguchi left and Takahashi was added on.
2. Okashi Tsukutte - AHAHAHAHA, from the Minimoni movie but I found it horribly fun to listen to despite the utterly silly lyrics about sweets.
W (oh, Tsuji and Aibon . . .)
1. Miss Love Tantei - I believe this is a cover. Wow, and listening to it just now, the opening made me think of a t.a.t.u song lol!
2. Robo Kiss - LOL, what? I also need to mention here that I can't believe that Tsuji is a mother. D:

1. Kuyashi Namida Porori - I like this song in its own right but it's even more awesome because all the other H!P members teased Yuko about it

1. Stress - despite Abe's strong voice, I don't actually like much of her music. Also, this could have been mixed better--the instrumentals are drowning out her voice. D:
