She does kind of look like she could play his sister. She also looks like that actress who played Nancy. Hopefully thats all she is. I'm rooting for Mer/Der too.

That's actually what I thought when I first saw her. They have similar appearances, and playing opposite Patrick Dempsey? McDreamy has like 4 sisters, doesn't he? We've only met the one.
