She does kind of look like she could play his sister. She also looks like that actress who played Nancy. Hopefully thats all she is. I'm rooting for Mer/Der too.
That's actually what I thought when I first saw her. They have similar appearances, and playing opposite Patrick Dempsey? McDreamy has like 4 sisters, doesn't he? We've only met the one.
That's what I'm thinking, too. She looks like she could be one of his sisters, and she reminds me of Nancy. Plus there's been rumors about another Shepherd sister showing up anyway. Other than that, she could be professional competition, because I remember a spoiler that came out some time in early summer saying that they were looking for someone to play a competition for Derek. Bottom line, I don't think she's going to be a love interest. And I'm really rooting for Mer/Der as well :D
