shonda is the creater, writer and executive producer. pretty much, what she says, goes.

Nope the director just directs what he is given on paper (the script). The writers should know where its going. The creator too. Exec Producer and Producer not so much.

But since Shonda is the Exec, Creator, Writer then she should know where the hell its going. Or st least where the hell its going for the next 5 eps or so since they have been filmed.

The fragment sentences that she loves to use make this hard to read:
"We would have been fine. Which is what Cristina is - fine. Or she’s trying to be. Fine. But she’s not."
Uhh...that could be expressed a lot more succinctly. It reads kinda like how Meredith talks, taking breaks after every couple of words. :\
I'm also not really sure who this is directed at, since it would seem that only fans of the show would read this, and yet it's just a summary of the episode, really...so we don't need to read this. Can somebody explain it to me?

I dunno. Its nice to see what people think. But they need to have a thick skin and not take everything to heart. Or even listen to fans. Heck if fans had their way Greys would be on Cinemax and would only feature Mer/Der sex scenes. "its time for your daily check up"

I dont think Gizzie was destroyed due to fans. I think it was planned all along.

New dawn... I just hope that it'll brighten up at some point, or that the focus will shift from Mer?der because otherwise the series will be toast... There is only so much drama I can take that focuses on solely one person...
