If I were a tree,
I would be
Contentedly
Just a tree.

If I were a cloud,
I'd sing out loud
Joyous and proud
To be a cloud.

If I were a bird,
I'd spread the word
So everyone heard
That I am a bird.

But I'm not a bird or a cloud or a tree.
I am forever only just me.
So I must be content to be
Forever and only just me.
