Running in the rain, again
The weather and I cannot seem to agree on a schedule. I thought the rain was supposed to pass on through today. Went to work early so that I could leave early and run before dark. Around noon it looked like a very good plan. Around the time I was leaving work though it started clouding over again.
Maybe it was the rain, maybe it was the cold, or maybe it was just me starting out too fast again. I only made two miles before stopping to walk. After a short break I tried to convince myself to do another mile, but once more around the track and I was done. I think if I wait until Sunday to run and if the weather cooperates and if I can control my pace, just maybe I can go five miles again.
