I slept almost nine hours last night. Given how bad the insomnia has been of late (and mostly I'm just suffering through it without Ambien), that seems miraculous. The only story I can recall having written that comes near fitting that exact description is, in fact, "Onion." So...I'm at a loss.

The other story spilled over from the alternate reality that's home to Hack!Caitlin. (We'll keep her over there. You wouldn't want to meet her. Plus that alternate reality's most famous porn star is Rush Limbaugh, so there's even more reason to avoid it.)

They pay in bent sticks over there. So it's not ideal.

In nicer news, last night I saw a guy dressed up Jack Skellington. (At least the dark clothes and the head. If the guy has shown up being 9 feel tall and bundled-stick thin, I'd've been REALLY impressed.) He and I were at a beer-theater screening of The Nightmare Before Christmas.
