Overcast today. The high was...well, technically yesterday. But today's daylight high was 36F at dawn, and it's been dropping all day. We are under an "extreme cold warning."
And I did horrid last night. I woke at 5:30 a.m., feeling wretched, and soon realized I'd fallen asleep about 11:30 p.m. without taking my nightly handful of pills. I took them. And...then did not go back to sleep. The next few hours were not pleasant. So, no work. I should be on an even keel again by tomorrow.
I keep thinking, it is both appalling and heartbreaking that the Horror Clown's second inauguration falls on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
Anyway...
This afternoon I watched the first episode and a half of Robert Stone's excellent Chasing the Moon (2019).
We've started watching Severance on Apple+ (free trial), and it's interesting. I'm not completely sold yet.
You know, today was such a disaster, whatever.
