Cold today. Our low last night was 29F, and today's high was only 51F, though bright and sunny. Regardless, the early spring weather will return late in the week, with highs near 70F.
All in all, today was a setback. After two days when I unexpectedly got so much done (when I'd expected not to be up to work), I overslept. I'd intended to finish the proofreading business, but managed only on story. And then I started feeling ill (most likely the antobiotic), and spent most of the day "resting." I saw a documentary, a Nova episode, on the building of the Eifel Tower.
Spooky went out to the market and brought back photo evidence that there are still plenty of signs of the nearness of spring (see photo, below).
Last night we started watching Strange Angel on...whichever "channel"...and I was pleased. I read George Pendel's 2005 biography of John Parson's back in 2016. This is the book that inspired the series and from which it takes its name.
