Very could today. Our high was only 49F, after a nightly low of 28F.
Another productive day, though I've felt like crap since I woke. I was up at 6 a.m., and I did another 1,038 words on The Night Watchers. Then I spent another two hours finishing the interview (venue TBA), which, total, took me four hours over two days and came to 3k+ words. I still haven't sent them a photograph. I need to do that tonight. I did a little work with the Bashi sample; I want to have all that ready to go back to McWane by the first week of 2024.
This afternoon's film was Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises (2012). It is my favorite of the three Nolan Batman films, in no small part because Tom Hardy can do no wrong, even when you can't see his face; also, Anne Hathaway is my second favorite Catwoman, after Zoë Kravitz.
Kathryn and I are being extremely low key about Christmas this year. But if you'd like to help out with some very large upcoming expenses we're facing, there's always the Dreaming Squid Sundries shop. Vile Affections will be a mere $30 for just a little whole longer.
