Very, very hot here. We have a heat advisory. It's currently 96F, with a heat index of 101F.
Not much to say for today (again), which should come as a surprise to no one, as I spent most of it reading more Bradbury. Words, words, words. I write them. I read them. Either way, it isn't really a spectator sport. Today:

* "The Garbage Collector"
* "The Great Fire"
* "The Golden Apples of the Sun"
* "R is for Rocket"
* "The End of the Beginning"
* "The Rocket"
* "The Rocket Man"
* "The Sound of Thunder"
* "The Long Rain"
It was the first time that I've read "The Sound of Thunder" since finishing Living a Boy's Adventure Tale, a story which, as I've said, owes a lot to that short story.
The afternoon's movie was Christopher Nolan's Inception (2010).
