Clouds this morning, but the day turned sunny. Our high, though, was a mere 57˚F.

I was up at 7 a.m., writing by 7:30. And I did another 1,457 words on "Crotalus."

Later, I read two articles from the most recent JVP,"Hybodontiform shark remains (Chondrichthyes, Elasmobranchii) from the Lower Triassic of Yunnan Province, China, with comments on hybodontiform diversity across the PTB" and "Unexpected record of the aquatic sloth Thalassocnus (Mammalia, Xenarthra, Folivora) in the upper Neogene of the Puna (Jujuy, Argentina)."

“The past is a foreign country: they do things differently there.” ~ L.P. Hartley (1953)

Please have a look at the Dreaming Squid Sundries shop. We only have two copies of The Dinosaur Tourist/The Chartreuse Alphabet left. Don't snooze.

Later Tater Beans,
