Another gross weather her day, as the "coldpocalypse" barrels towards us. Our high was 49˚F. We have a windchill warning for tomorrow night, a hard-freeze warning for tomorrow night into Christmas Day, and we have Wind Chill Advisory Friday and Saturday. But we are told that as soon as this cold front passes through, our temperatures will return to being above average for December.
Another mostly sleepless night. But, be that as it may, I still got Sirenia Digest 201 pulled together and out to subscribers.

This afternoon's comfort film was the extended cut of Peter Jackson's 2005 King Kong. Last night, we finished our rewatch of the first four seasons of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Now, onto the new season of Yellowstone. Today's "December of Lovecraft" was several of his short, more obscure pieces - "The Festival," "Hypnos," "Ibid," "In the Vault," and "The Nameless City."
There's a photo below of our 2022 Christmas tree. It's a three Elsa tree...
Also, Happy Cephalopodmas!
