Sunny again today. Our high was 91˚F, with a heat index of 100˚F.
I feel like I have not been able to wake up all day long. Maybe it's because I actually "slept late." That is, I did not wake up until 6:30 a.m. Which, still way too early, but it beats the hell out of 5 a.m. So much of MP 1.3 and 1.2 is done, toady I was mostly just tweaking and polishing. I do still need to write the sections on the teeth and vertebrae for MP 1.3, but first I have to go to McWane on Monday and spent a little more time with the specimen.
I think that one thing that has made today so odd is that sobriety has set in. Yesterday was a flood of relief. But now that we know we can do what we have to do, a flood of questions confront us concerning all the hows.
Sirenia Digest #197 went out to subscribers yesterday, and it includes the first third of "Living a Boy's Adventure Tale." And if you are not a subscriber, you can now purchase this issue in
the Big Cartel shop (same price as subscribers pay/issue). After all three issues have gone up, they'll all come back down sometime in September. So, this is a limited time offer. I do hope you enjoy, and if you do enjoy that you'll consider subscribing.
This afternoon I watched a documentary on the Hatfield-McCoy feud and another on Thomas Hart Benton.
