Sunny and very warm today. Our high was 89˚F, with the heat index at 91˚F.
Good news today regarding Bradbury Weather, the forthcoming Subterranean Press collection that will gather into one volume almost all my science fiction. This also affects "Living a Boy's Adventure Tale." But I'm gonna leave the details TBA until Bill Schafer says I should make an official announcement. But it looks like I'm going to be spending June writing the first draft of MP1 and editing this monster of a manuscript. A conservative estimate of the book's length is some 240k words of short fiction. A huge book. A huge editing job.

This is why I don't talk about politics here anymore. Well, one of the reasons. We have reached a level of surreal idiocy that leaves me too baffled to even compose a coherent reply.
Last night we watched four episodes of the second season of Gentleman Jack. I am so glad we finally got a second season. Season One of the wonderful series was way the hell back in 2019, pre-COVID.
This afternoon's comfort movie was George Miller's Mad Max: Fury Road (2015).
