Kate Bush Rides Again
I should have named this entry "Kate Bush vs. Freddy Krueger in the Upside Down." Ah, well.
Sunny and very warm today. Our high was 90˚F, with the heat index at 91˚F.
Another lost day, after another night with very little sleep.
Last night we finished the seven episodes of Stranger Things 4 that are up (the rest of the season coming in July). On the one hand, I don't love this season as much as I did the first three, and the probably is mainly that it's just too scattered - four sets of characters, scattered across the US (and into Russia). Something that made the series work is lost. That said, it's still a lot of fun. And, maybe best of all, Season 4 has landed Kate Bush's "Running Up That Hill" (1985) back in the public eye...er, ear and introduced her to a new generation, and rocketed the single to #1 on the iTunes chart.
I think that's all I have for now. Tonight I really, really need to sleep.
