"Lying awake, intent at tuning in on you..."
Sunny yesterday, a high of 82˚F. Sunny today, a few scattered thunderstorms, and the high was 86˚F.
Yesterday was not a good day. At least, as a writing day it wasn't. I did less than 500 words. However, this morning I got up and did a (for me) remarkable 1,832 words. Because I am aiming for 1k words/day, I actually come out slightly ahead on my two day total. Thank you, word banking. So, "Living a Boy's Adventure Tale" is coming along very well. I am almost certain the first draft will be done before my birthday on the 26th. I say draft, a word I tend to avoid, because this is going to need a good polish when I am done.
Honestly, nothing much else worth reporting. Some great RP last night. The new Journal of Vertebrate Paleontology arrived today. We've seen all the episodes of The Offer that are up, and it gets better.
Pleasure have a look at the Big Cartel shop. And my, um, Amazon wishlist, as the dread date bears down upon me....
