Sunny today, bright and green and warm. Our high was 88˚F. Now, that's spring.
A good morning. I was up at 6 a.m. I did another 1,254 words on "Living a Boy's Adventure Tale."
But then the afternoon sorta dropped out from under me. As I said on Facebook, These days that are going so very well, and suddenly I plummet over the edge of a cliff. No logic to it. It's like punishment for not daring not to feel like shit for a few hours.
I'm still trying to haul myself out of that hole.
But I did some work on MP1. The frontal section is almost finished. Oh, relative to this, I asked on Twitter today (where I communicate with actual paleontologists, about the only use I have for Twitter at the point), Will I go to paleontologist Hell if I describe something as "amygdaliform," rather than simply "almond-shaped"? No one said I would. One kind soul, Dr. Femke Holwerda of the Royal Tyrrell Museum in Alberta, who works on both sauropod dinosaurs and mosasaurs, replied, Love that term. Makes me think of
Amygdalodon, the almond toothed sauropod.
Please have a look at
the Big cartel shop, and there
the Amazon.com wishlist, my flimsy bulwark against 58.
I gotta Red Bull to finish.
