"Ponies die."

Dec 24, 2019 22:59

Currently, it's 52˚F. Our high today was 73˚F.

Tonight, we went out to my mom's in Leeds for Christmas dinner with her and my sister and nephew. Spooky had cornbread dressing for the first time. Back home, we had our annual Christmas Eve viewing of A Charlie Brown Christmas (1963) and Bad[der] Santa (2003).

And my leg hurts like a son of a bitch. My bad knee is doing what my bad knee does, from time to time.

As I announced on Facebook this morning: I have just signed the contracts on a deal that will make almost all of my Subterranean Press short-story collections, twelve books total, available as audiobooks. And I have narrator approval. Details TBA. (The books not included are From Weird and Distant Shores, Wrong Things, Frog Toes and Tentacles, and Tales from the Woeful Platypus.)

...and a Happy New Year,
CRK
