That Rand Paul also doesn't believe in farm subsidies. Hey, Kentucky, buy a clue. Kentucky is a rural state driven by agriculture. Without subsidies, the farm communities would go belly up, especially in this economy.

Bush refused to sign the UN Gay Rights declaraion decriminalizing homosexuality. Obama apparently is planning to. I hope that happens. We'll see.

I can't even put into words how glad and how proud that makes me.

I'm still kind of in shock about the Obama election. I never thought it would happen. I liked him the first time I heard him speak, but I just thought the guy is too smart, too engaging, too liberal, and too black to ever have a shot. I'm proud to say I was wrong about that.
