Writing Update and Life in General: January 2023
I'm heading into the final section of my Bygones Six: Closure. It's a slow burner and it might take another month or three to get it where I want it to be. For some reason, this one seems to be a breech birth, only revealing itself a scene or two at a time.
In other news I subscribed to a new for me steaming service called MHZ Choice which has international movies and series. The latest two series that I've watched and enjoyed are BECK, which is Swedish, and Murder by the Lake, which is German. This is definitely my cuppa. I have so many friends who refuse to read subtitles. They don't know what they're missing.
I also watched the latest episode of Vera on Britbox, which was the start of season twelve. It was an excellent beginning. Love that series.
Give me a good solid mystery with great characters and I'm there for it.
