Well's look'n kind of low right now

I'm in such a creative slump that it's not only frustrating, it's starting to worry me. Since August I've only completed two pieces out of a slew of personal work (business-wise is great though, which is certainly something). Six months of a dry spell. Six frigging months. I keep looking at the various projects I have and noting is happening. I can picture what I want to happen but just can't seem to make it happen. What the hell is that all about? So in light of consoling myself, and just pure morbid curiosity, I ask all you creative types out there -

What do you do to get your creative juices going again? What gets you back on track?
