French lamb or rather lamb French stylee.

and tonight Chasing Amy and photo's of Edinburgh.
Weather outside is cold, blustery and damp...just plane horrible really.
Getting closer to flying away.

It's turned cold here this evening and it is definitely getting near the time for me to fly away again to warmer climes. Tonight B cooked another wonderful meal for us - this time Bambi with honey glazed carrots, purple sprouting broccoli and finished off with kale and potato mash. yum ( Read more... )

Over the weekend I had an old Dundee college friend down visiting. This was great and started with a few hours out at Shed with initiation into spaceteam and 7 player German Whist :) Where I was beaten by one point by D.
Saturday we became total tourists via open top bus in the drizzle and overcast grey but a lovely meal at Rainbow café on King's ( Read more... )

I went to Edinburgh, which was going to be the first leg of a trip to Germany. But plans change, so I was able to come down from Edinburgh on the train to catch up with some friends (incl. Celia Briar) in Lancaster. Really good to see them and the evening in the brilliant Gregsons just zoomed by! I sponsored a roof slate too ( Read more... )
