Garden Harvest

Today the rain finally came and the garden will be very grateful and wanting much more. There are water restrictions here in PN currently so no watering in the garden. Everything is suffering apart from the chilli plants which are heavy with lots of bright red fruit.




I harvested home grown tomatoes and basil and added some Italian Mozzarella (which was too hard and far from the best) I enjoyed a late lunch.
