Corrective Wife spent the weekend at a conference -- a decidedly kinky conference -- while I toiled away back at the ranch. here are the seminars she attended:

I also wanted to take this opportunity to say thanks to faithful followers of my blog who have waited for an update. My C. Difficile returned a while ago and my body has been the site of a war between the bad bacteria and the good; the good has won and I am well again.
So well in fact, that the babysitter plans to morph herself into the Drill Sergeant from Hell and will start being my fitness instructor. The goal is to lose fifteen pounds, get into better shape muscularly as well as from a cardio perspective, so I can be taken to a ponyboy farm in Minnesota this summer for a day of high-stepping on a lunge line and pulling the little woman using a pony cart. My days of using elevators will come to an end, as the Strict Sitter on Duty says I must (after a gradual build-up) be whipped into the fine physical condition I once enjoyed. She required me to go buy weights and a large fitness ball, and I look forward to her help in advancing along the path of fitness, to achieve increased stamina and endurance.
