Jess left for Brazil a couple of weeks ago, and with Macha (the girl she went with), they're keeping a LJ about the trip, no_brasil. Obviously you can't go to Berlin and not do anything related to the wall. There's still a whole portion standing near where we went to have brunch on Sunday, so we walked along. So, er - we keep going to swimming pools. Sweet. Especially since here, most of the time they're heated. Ooooh nice. The best one was this small really warm one in the middle of fields, at the bottom of mountains. Beautiful location, and we were on our own in the pool most of the time. Loved it ( Read more... )

Life still good. We've apparently experienced Iceland's hottest day in its whole history two days ago. Yesterday was anniversary goodness, went a nice and good Italian restaurant (and got some wine, even though I apparently wasn't supposed to drink at all, since the drinking age seems to be 20 here).
