These are all made for 20inspirations last round, "About Me". For some reason I sort of obsessed over getting my 'About Me' inspiration together more than making the icons. LOL! Anyway, hopefully you all enjoy the icons and the inspiration I pulled together. They are a lot more simple than I normally go about doing, but I didn't want to over complicate them. I tried to make them as much as I can about me and my personality (both in RL and LJ life.)

CHARACTERS I IDENTIFY WITH
Marie Antoinette- She was very young when her life completely changed. Though I'm not royalty nor did I marry in my teens, I did change as a person very young.
Jessica "Jess" Day- My husband swears up and down that Jess is based on my life. I need to get a T-shirt that says "I was awkward before Zooey made it cool." I wish I wasn't so weird, but I can't help it sometimes. I'm actually scared of my wedding tape because I left a personal message to my husband in it with a weird voice and a few stupid faces.
Veronica Mars- I'm sarcastic, according to my husband, therefore I've chosen my most favorite lovable sarcastic clue-hunter.
ROMANCE
Downton Abbey- The romance in the show can be very messed up at times, but I consider in a very romantic television show.
Spartacus- Such a bloody, gory, porn-y show, but still so romantic. You have a time when men fought for love. Like seriously cut down others to avenge a lost love, or even to find that special person.
Atonement- The love story is one of my favorites. This book was the only book I read in high school. LOL! So good it was one of those books I had to have in paperback & on my Kindle. So nice, I bought it twice. ;) The movie was beautiful (and is often something I icon.)
COLORFUL
I used textures from the set I provided to make bold & full color icons. I used some of my favorite power women (Keira Knightley, Christina Hendricks, Rihanna, & Christina Aguilera).
FASHION
Cecile Bortoletti has some seriously pretty stuff. I love fashion. I loved it so much I went to school for it & have a degree in Product Development. Now when I will use it again (my degree that is), we shall see. I've been a bit of a nomad with my husband for the last couple of years. Priorities change, what can I say?
NOT SURE WHAT I WANT TO DO
As per usual with a set I'm always worried how to start, so I decided to just go to a few of my followers interests and steal subjects. I utilized a lot of the style I like to do when making icons. I'm a fan of simple crops with bright colorings.
