Sweaters, Not Cardigans

It is a little unbelievable how much my self esteem rises when I'm wearing a collared shirt and sweater. I don't know why, but dressing like a teenage boy from 1970's Britain (among other looks) gives me a lot of confidence in my self-image. I've always felt more comfortable wearing clothes in styles generally regarded as masculine, so it comes as no surprise to me that I actually feel good with myself when I'm dressed in more gender-neutral-leaning-toward-masculine attire.

Also, I woke up deaf in my left ear on Saturday and had to manage my weekend with only half of my hearing skills. I went to the Student Health Center to get things checked out today, and had to get my ears flushed. Now there's water in both my ears and I can't hear well out of either of them. I don't know if that solved the problem with my left ear, though; both my ears are currently filled with water, but I'm having more trouble hearing out of my left than my right.

Super excited for the prospect of a new bike!
