Alex looked up at the front door to Gibbs' house taking a deep breath before making his way toward it. Jen wanted him to handle it so he was going to but he was going to give Gibbs a chance to have some input as well. He knocked on the door and waited.

When he had woken from his nap and she was gone Alex had known to the very core of himself that something was wrong.
