painting's done!
Well this painter, Oscar, who Ashrin recommended did the WHOLE place by himself for $200. It looks great, Im glad I decided to paint it, white walls would not have made me as happy as the colored ones are making me now. Its all in earth tones and I like that.
Moving in will have to be postponed for a little while until my exams are over, and that makes me a little sad because all I want to do is just get it there and start spending my nights there, but I know if I even put any boxes in there I will want to unpack them and therefore procrastinate even more than I am now.
Oh, and yes, am I procrastinating... I just cant seem to make myself care anymore... its just such a waste. I hate school with a burning passion, and yet I know that without it I will be nothing. I mean, for god'd dake why cant I just open up a whore house, get a couple of girls, maybe boys, maybe a mix of both and just sit around, have a smoke,, and wait for the cash to roll in... anyone in on this?
I just hope I pass math, and that way, I will fuck it. Fuck veterniary school, I'll never even mak it past organic chemistry, who was I kidding? I should have just graduated with a psych degree, my 3.5 average and gone somewhere else. But now, I find out to go to vet-tech school all I needed was a BS in anything (like psych) and I would have been able to go somewhere like LI University. Sure, I'll only be making something like $60,000/ yr, but hey, maybe that is better than starting a whore house, and safer.
I could go on and on, but fuck that.
Someone, please get me a cup of coffee, it will make me warm inside.
I went to Lana's 21st birthday party last night, it was a good time. Shes finally not going to ask me to buy her alcohol, which is good for her, though I never really minded, I've done it for everyone since I was 16 after all...
There were a ton of her friends there, and of course everyone baught her drinks. Mel got pretty dang drunk, and Im sure had a great time. Oh and Danny finally came out with us, after we've been talking about going out since the beginning of the semester...
Hugo was DJ-ing and we had some dances, everyone rubbed up on one another a little bit, and some good pictures were taken.
The week before I went to David's 22nd at Fat Black Pussy Cat, and got so twisted, well becuse I had 3 shots before we even got there. We had a table b/c we baught a $250 bottle of Grey Goose, but it was worth it. We only shelled out like $50 each, but drank a lot. Plus, its his birthday and the sign that read "Reserved for David Parizh" made us all feel important. Nikki cut her foot on a glass Alexei broke and got 2 stiches at the hospital apparently...shes been having some trouble, got the nerve in her spine pinched doing ParkCore, and so she needs to take it easy. I love that girl.
Also went to see John Marnell play in the Villiage, hes very good, so is the backup singer Irina (they both work at Tekserve with Lauren). I tried Dr. Pepper shots for the first time, and guess what, they taste JUST LIKE DR. PEPPER! Then went to another bar next to Cafe Wha, and had a ton of chicken wings (mmm).
