I feel like I am slowly bringing things into gear with most of my classes now. That could have something to do with the copious prizes I offer every lesson (not something I'd generally tolerate if it were my class from the start of the year, but it's working). So I have a phone interview tonight with a middle school who wants a maths/ICT teacher (M-Th, with 'supply' teaching on F). Which is sort of interesting.
