Double standard

I've noticed an interesting double standard here at work, with regard to men and women. Men can scowl, and grump around all they want, and no one will say boo. If a woman does that, everyone's worried about her. Women here laugh a LOT when talking to their male coworkers. Anyone else seen this phenomenon?
