Winter break starting poorly
Well, I'm back home now, and I've managed to set most of my stuff up here. I've pretty much confirmed that I got a B in Statistics II and a B- in Computer Science III. I'm feeling confident that I got an A in American History I, which leaves only System Software up in the air. Considering how much of a pain that class was, I'll be satisfied if I simply pass and never have to take it again. I feel like that's pretty indicative of how my standards are dropping with respect to my grades. Hopefully I'll be able to raise them next semester.
In other news, Blockbuster has decided that taking me on for two weeks (it could have been three, mind you) is not cost effective since they have to run the background check. They only decided this today though, which doesn't make much sense to me since this is something I'd been discussing with the manager for about three weeks. Anyway, I'll have no income over break, other than the Showcase tournament, but that won't be until after Christmas. Joy! I'm going to send an email to the Southside assignor and see if he has any games that I could work. We'll see how it goes.
